HOLD on to your hats, because the Friendly City will be rocking it’s...uhm...“head” off when the very popular RAMfest heads this way on March 2.
For the first time ever the rockers of Port Elizabeth don’t have to travel to the Mother City or the City of Gold to rock your abs off at this annual festival where thousands of screaming fans come together for a raucous spectacle of sound, light, dance and of course...rock ’n roll a-w-e-someness!
Over the past years RAMfest has been called one of the biggest music festivals in South Africa. In five days local and international artists will be visiting five cities across the country and they’re kicking off the festival in the Bay.
Port Elizabethan music fanatics can look forward to Fokofpoli-siekar, DJ Niskerone, Guns ’n Lazers, Volume Conflict, Huis Najaar and Herotide all performing on one stage at Hume Park in Humerail.
Tickets to RAMfest PE cost only R80 and it is available at www.ramfest.co.za or www.ticketbreak.co.za. Tickets at the door will be R100.
Hume Park will be making camping space available for those rockers who would like to stay over on the evening after RAMfest. Camping must be booked prior to the festival.
